OUR STORY

1. Value + Growth, Not Either/Or- We don't rigidly follow one school of thought. We look for fundamentally strong businesses and we're willing to pay a fair price for quality. Sometimes that means buying undervalued companies. Sometimes it means paying a premium for exceptional businesses with durable competitive advantages. What we never do is speculate.
2. Long-Term Horizon- Our minimum holding horizon is 3 years. We are not traders. We are not looking for the next 20% move. We are looking for businesses that will be significantly more valuable 5–10 years from now and holding them with conviction through the noise.
3. Concentrated Conviction- We don't believe in owning 50 stocks to feel diversified. We believe in owning a few businesses we understand deeply and have high conviction in. Quality over quantity. Always.
4. Capital Preservation First- Before we think about returns, we think about what can go wrong. Downside protection is not a constraint on ambition it is the foundation of compounding.

Subhransu Patnaik 

Founder, Prasuta Capital & Prasuta Ventures Pvt Ltd

Subhransu Patnaik is the founder of Prasuta Ventures Pvt Ltd a multi-brand ecosystem spanning EdTech, investment research, and social impact.

He founded Prasuta Capital with a long-term vision: to build a serious, research-driven proprietary investment firm from the ground up starting with ₹70,000 and a commitment to discipline over shortcuts.

Alongside Prasuta Capital, he runs Prasuta FinSchool one of India's growing finance career platforms for freshers and Prasuta Educational Foundation, the group's NGO arm.

He is based in Hyderabad and believes that the best investments are the ones you understand completely.
