This is a real-world internship combining VC-style research, consulting tasks, founder-
facing operations, and revenue growth responsibilities.
Key Internship Responsibilities:
1. Prasuta Capital’s Public market services & IVPs
• Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding clients’ investment portfolios with the help
of the IT team.
• Performance Monitoring: Support clients in monitoring the performance of
investment transactions across various asset classes.
• Financial Modeling: Build financial models and reports as per clients’ requirements,
and analyze historical performance to identify key drivers and assess performance.
• Data Review: Review and extract relevant data from financial statements, loan
agreements, amendment documents, and other reports as required by clients or for credit
analysis.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients
throughout the onboarding process, updating them on progress and next steps.
• Report Review: Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date logic of reports on the platform.
• Client Presentations: Present analytics to clients to match their expectations.
2. Growth & FinSchool Revenue Support
• Assist with lead generation & outreach.
• Engage in demo call support & funnel nurturing.
• Promote webinars, workshops, and learning programs.
• Support monthly enrollment and revenue activities.

Stipend Structure (Performance-Linked):

This is a Digital Marketing & Growth Traineeship designed for MBA/Marketing students
who want hands-on experience in growth, digital campaigns, revenue funnels, and brand
building.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Growth Campaigns
• Plan, launch & optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and
student communities
• Build daily high-engagement content for finance students & professionals
• Manage paid + organic lead generation funnels
2. Revenue & Enrollment Growth
• Own weekly enrollment targets
• Convert qualified leads into course enrollments through nurturing,
communication & strategic follow-ups
• Run A/B tests across creatives, copy & landing pages
3. Brand & Communication Strategy
