Role- Finance Consultant

Designation- Trainee

Reporting To: Team Lead / Business Head
Business Unit: Financial Consulting & Education
Location- Hyderabad / Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Consulting Skills: Learn to consult and sell Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Prasuta’s in-house finance education solutions.
• Client Engagement & Acquisition: Apply structured sales frameworks to identify prospects, convert leads, and grow client portfolios.
• Revenue Targets: Generate revenue through consultative selling, cross-selling, and customer needs assessment.
• Market Intelligence: Develop insights into strategies, compliance norms (NISM, IRDA, SEMI), and competitive positioning.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, identify attrition triggers, and implement
customer retention strategies.Full-Time Role: Team Lead (Post-Internship, Performance-Based):
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of five new trainees, ensuring alignment
with sales goals and quality standards.
• Strategic Revenue Ownership: Balance individual sales targets with team performance
oversight.
• Client Portfolio Management: Enhance customer relationships and increase wallet share
through consulting-driven engagement.
• Operational Compliance: Uphold high standards in documentation, compliance (SEBI,
IRDA norms), and ethical consulting practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related domains.
• Preferred Certifications: NISM V-A (Mutual Funds), IRDA (Insurance Advisory) – optional but advantageous.
