This is a full-time finance role built for final year students who are ready to start their career before they finish their degree. You are not a departmental executive here. You are a Campus Finance Consultant Trainee working across finance consulting, operations, client advisory, and business development at Prasuta Group, as per business need.

Prasuta Group runs three businesses  Prasuta FinSchool, Prasuta Capital, and Prasuta Educational Foundation. You work across all three from the moment you join. That is multi-entity exposure most professionals do not get in their first three years.

We will train you on everything about financial markets so you do not just understand finance from the outside, but experience it from the inside. By the time you complete this program, you will think, speak, and operate like a finance professional not just someone who studied it.

What You Will Do

You will advise clients on Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Prasuta's finance education programs. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and grow your client portfolio. You will develop working knowledge of financial market strategies and regulatory norms including NISM, IRDA, and SEBI. You will monitor your own performance data and work on improving client engagement and retention. You will work across finance, operations, and business functions as per organizational need.

Career Path and Earnings

Stage 1:  Campus Finance Consultant Trainee, 60 days — ₹8,000 fixed + up to ₹10,000 performance bonus. Maximum earnings: ₹18,000.

Stage 2: Consultant Trainee, 6 months(Probation Trainee) — ₹4.5 LPA. Fixed ₹2.5L + Variable ₹1L + Completion Bonus ₹1L.

Stage 3: Consultant Lead, post 6 months ₹7 LPA. Fixed ₹5L + Variable ₹2L.

Performance is evaluated at every month-end during the training and Consultant Trainee periods. All succession and progression decisions confirmation, role transition, and compensation revision — are based solely on monthly performance outcomes.

Who Should Apply

MBA in Finance or Marketing final year or recent graduate. BBA or B.Com final year or recent graduate with minimum 50% aggregate throughout academics. Strong communicator, written and spoken. Ready to take ownership from Day 1. Available full-time .
