Key Responsibilities

Financial Consulting
Assist in delivering financial product services across investment products under Prasuta Group's regulated distribution framework. Support client needs assessment, product positioning, and portfolio onboarding in coordination with senior consultants.

Career Consulting
Engage with prospective students and early professionals through structured consultative conversations. Assess academic background, career objectives, and skill gaps to recommend appropriate Prasuta FinSchool programs aligned with individual career trajectories.

Social Media & Community Management
Manage multi-platform digital presence across WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn for Prasuta Group brands. Drive community engagement, content amplification, and audience growth through consistent and brand-aligned communication.

Brand Development & Market Presence
Represent Prasuta Group across professional and academic networks as a brand ambassador. Contribute to brand visibility initiatives — college outreach, campus engagement, and peer community development to strengthen Prasuta Group's market presence across Tier 2 and Tier 3 India.

Integrated Marketing Campaign Execution
Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including program launches, seasonal promotional drives, and enrollment campaigns. Track campaign performance metrics and support optimization based on data-driven insights.

Business Development & Revenue Generation
Manage a pre-qualified prospect pipeline through structured consultative engagement. Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into confirmed program enrollments focusing on needs-based advisory rather than transactional selling.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:
MBA (Marketing / Finance / General Management) Preferred
BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate  Eligible

Core Competencies:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and comfortable with ownership
• Digitally fluent active across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Analytically inclined comfortable with metrics and performance tracking
• Creatively oriented eye for brand, content, and messaging quality
• Resilient and target-driven energized by goals
• Genuine interest in finance, education, and career development

No prior work experience required. Internship experience in marketing, consulting, or business development is an advantage not a prerequisite.
