Prashant Kumar Mahaptra,our esteemed founder, is a visionary leader who has overcome personal challenges as a blind individual to shape the long-term mission of our organization. With double Master's degrees in English and History, along with double B.Ed qualifications in Inclusive Education, he brings over 25 years of experience in the education sector under the Odisha State Government.

As a proud member of the Odisha Association of the Blind, he has tirelessly supported the blind teachers' community for over a decade. His leadership in rebranding and prioritizing the Odisha Sightless Teachers Welfare Association under Prasuta Foundation reflects his unwavering commitment to inclusivity and empowerment.

Dilip Kumar Dalabehera serves as our esteemed Chairperson, bringing with him over 25 years of invaluable experience in the education sector under the Odisha State Government. A dedicated advocate for inclusivity and empowerment, he is a proud member of the Odisha Association of the Blind (OAB), reflecting his strong commitment to the blind community.

In addition, he has served as Vice President of the Odisha Sightless Teachers Welfare Association, where his leadership and vision have significantly contributed to advancing the cause of blind educators. His unwavering dedication to education and inclusivity continues to strengthen the mission of our foundation.

 Subhransu Patnaik, our dynamic Managing Director, holds a postgraduate degree in Finance and People Management, equipping him with the expertise to drive organizational growth and nurture impactful leadership. As the founder of Prasuta Ventures, an education-focused fintech firm, and had been co-founder of Maverick Pinnacle Advisors, a business consulting firm, Subhransu exemplifies entrepreneurial vision.

He has been the driving force behind the digital transformation of the Odisha Sightless Teachers Welfare Association, elevating it to a larger, impactful initiative under Prasuta Foundation. His efforts have significantly amplified its reach and effectiveness, creating a wider impact on society and empowering countless educators in the blind community.

 Jitendra Jena, our accomplished Chief Financial Officer, brings over 12 years of rich experience in the finance, auditing, and consulting sectors. A holder of an MBA degree from the prestigious Sikkim Manipal Institution of Management, Jitendra combines academic excellence with hands-on expertise.

His extensive background equips him to oversee financial planning, fundraising, and compliance, ensuring the organization's financial health aligns seamlessly with its mission. His strategic insights and leadership play a vital role in driving sustainable growth and impactful initiatives.

Swagatika Mahapatra, our accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer, brings a wealth of experience from her tenure in the Human Resource departments of leading financial sector MNCs, including HSBC and Goldman Sachs. Currently, she serves as a Human Resource Officer at Zion Cloud Solution, a US-based firm specializing in AI and Machine Learning.

Her expertise in fostering collaboration, driving talent acquisition, and nurturing organizational growth positions her as a key driver of our mission. With a keen eye for innovation and inclusivity, she continues to make a lasting impact on our organization and beyond.

Anusuya Jena, our esteemed Chief Program Officer, brings over 25 years of profound experience in the education sector, having served under the Odisha State Government. As an active and respected member of the Odisha Association of the Blind (OAB), she has tirelessly dedicated herself to the welfare of sightless educators.

A sightless individual herself, Anusuya has been a beacon of hope and support for the sightless teachers' community for over a decade. Her unmatched expertise and unwavering commitment ensure that our programs align with our mission to foster inclusivity and empowerment.

 Renu Jena, our dedicated Chief Impact Officer, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the education sector, having worked with the Odisha State Government. Renu is also an esteemed member of the Odisha Association of the Blind (OAB).

Her invaluable contributions over the past decade have been instrumental in empowering the sightless teachers' community. With her rich expertise and a deep commitment to inclusivity, Renu ensures that the social impact of our initiatives is measurable, meaningful, and far-reaching.
